When the boss buys, your coin buys.
InsiderPad coins copy CEOs, board members and big owners buying their own company's stock. When the trade pays off, holders get paid.
They know their company best.
Here's what they bought.
Every row is a real purchase, made with their own money and made public by law. The coin reads them so you don't have to.
Every coin gets
its own portfolio.
Positions, live prices and who it copied, laid out like your bank app. This is $INSIDERPAD replayed on this month's real buys.

When a position closes in profit, the profit is sent to holders the same day. Your cut is your share of the coin.
Losses stay in the fund. They're never taken from holders.
Three things happen.
You do none of them.
Launch once. The coin trades, copies and pays out on its own, for as long as people trade it.
Trading fills the fund.
Every trade of your coin pays a small fee. It lands in the coin's own fund, in dollars, ready to buy stocks.
A boss buys. Your coin buys.
The moment a CEO, board member or big owner's purchase goes public, your coin buys the same stock.
Wins get paid out.
When a position closes in profit, the money goes to everyone holding the coin. The more you hold, the bigger your cut.
The rules,
in plain English.
No jargon, no fine print hiding somewhere else. This is the whole thing.
- Who it copies
- CEOs, CFOs, presidents, board members and anyone who owns 10% or more, buying on the open market with their own money.
- What it ignores
- Stock they were handed as pay, options, gifts and anything bought through an automatic plan.
- How much it buys
- Up to 5% of the fund per buy. A $10M buy from a CEO gets a bigger slice than a $50K buy from a board member.
- When it sells
- After 90 days, or right away if the same boss sells. Launchers can pick 30, 90 or 180 days.
- Who gets paid
- Holders. Profit from every closed position is sent out the same day, split by how much of the coin each wallet holds.
- Where the stock sits
- In the coin's own wallet on Solana, as xStocks: tokenized shares that track the real price. 1,100+ companies are available.
- What we take
- 1% of every coin's fees buys $INSIDERPAD. That's it.
- Is this insider trading?
- No. These buys are public by law, for anyone to read. The coin just reads them faster than you would.
1,100+ companies.
Your coin can follow all of them.
From the biggest names on Wall Street to the small caps where the boss's buy moves the price.
Launch a coin that
copies the bosses.
Pick who it follows and how long it holds. Sign with your wallet. Its portfolio opens with the first trade.
